ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
LETC is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of six volunteer community members.
The Board of Directors ensures the fulfillment of LETC's mission and adherence to its underlying philosophy, and is responsible for overseeing LETC's undertaking of  effective and fiscally sound programs and operations.  The Board of Directors provides leadership and direction to the administrative staff and volunteers of LETC, as well as advice and support to its artistic staff.

Of major importance for LETC was its participation in Arts Bridge.  Arts Bridge is the nation's first business incubator for the arts, providing non-profit artistic organizations with training in arts management.  LETC was an Arts Bridge participant since October 1990.  LETC joined Arts Bridge as a result of an increased need for organizational structure and administrative stability.  The organizational achievements attained as an Arts Bridge participant include receiving the 501(c)(3) final determination from the IRS; the development of a Board of Directors formed completely of community participants; the creation of yearly work plans; the training of the staff and Board by Arts Bridge consultants; computer literacy; establishment of an accounting system; and overall improved administrative capability.
